The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
Please consider that delivery times are still impacted by corona virus measures worldwide and there can be significant delays comparing to normal periods. Currently average times are:
Canada: 3-5 weeks
United Kingdom:3-5 weeks
United States: 3-4 weeks
North America: 3-5 weeks
Europe: 3-4 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-4 weeks
**Delivery times tend to prolong in holiday season and wintertime.
We ship our orders with regular post office, so once it arrives in the destination country, your parcel will be delivered by your national postal/parcel service.
**Please always double check your shipping address, because that is the address we will send your order to.
In cases where the package returns to us, due to your mistake in the address/outdated address/refusal of package by the recipient/not picking up the package in timely manner (or any other reason that is out of our control), in most cases, we will not be able to refund you.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
